Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Endorse, operated by FlowPilot Systems Pty Ltd (ACN 696 392 408), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Endorse is a project management and superintendency platform designed for civil consultants managing land development projects. The platform provides tools for approval tracking, document management, team coordination, and client reporting.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your login credentials with unauthorised parties
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Endorse. By using the platform, you grant FlowPilot Systems a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed
• Pricing is based on active seats and active jobs
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other organisations' data
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operation

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowPilot Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Endorse. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately and without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
